Okay, here goes! Please keep in mind it's really freaking hard to understand TV announcers when they talk all close to the mic like that.
… four legs or six arms, but he chose to have two heads. Voila, face to face with his ????, his name is Jerome Murat, and maybe from Murat, Jerome. Jerome Murat. (Murat is a famous French painter, maybe he was making some allusion to that)
Jerome Murat! I don’t know how he does it, but he has a good head on his shoulders in this(escapade ??? not real sure what he says). In any case, it’s a magnificent number (as in act) Please … (guesturing to lady) All that deserves a golden (some kind of award).
At least you didn't ask me to explain the fabulously bizarre French culture! I love it, but man, those froggies are weird sometimes! :)
