Greenville, South Carolina verses Charlottesville, Virginia so far. I'm putting in for both and letting fate decide. I had a Colorado opportunity, but they want a 42 week contract and I'm not sure I want to do that.
Wish me luck.
This blog will detail my travels and provide a contact point for all those who I meet along the way.

You must go look at this picture, then follow the link for the story in the first line. I'm glad I have a Mac. You guys sporting fire extinguishers with your Dells?
Matthew has confessed that it was HIM throwing the pinecones, not Joel. Joel, you are aquitted. Matthew, payback is a bitch. Start looking over your shoulder, my pinecone throwing friend!
I was a bit behind on my picture loading. Here's the motherload.
I snuck in and out of Augusta on the way home from Atlanta and ate brunch with my best and oldest friend Guppy and her lovely little daughter. It was a briefer visit than I had hoped for-- I was orginally planning to hook up with one of my old pediatric patients for a visit. I still need to find Jacob's address amoung my papers so I can send him the latest postcards!
I added about 4 hours to my trip by taking the Blue Ridge Parkway, but it was a beautiful drive.
I explored Luray Caverns with Emily and Cathy. It was vast. And the way was paved. I think by the time I was done with this day, I was totally cavern-saturated. Yes, yes, stalagtite- ceiling, stalamite- floor, I get it already!
Kelly has a new toy. Guess what it is? It's white, and slick, and has a built in camera. And yes, it runs a bit hot, but only slightly so than the borrowed toy (Thinkpad) so it's no big deal. Will just have to get that lap desk thingie.
